General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The cause for her back pain can't be ascertained with the symptoms mentioned as there are various causes for them, however, I would advise you to get an MRI done for her to arrive at a conclusion for the cause of her symptoms and treat it accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Anoop Kumar, General & Family Physician
