Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It can be a urethral stricture and bladder calculi. Ultrasound KUB may be taken and urethral discharge maybe tested. Urine analysis may be done to exclude UTI. If signs of UTI are there, then urine culture and sensitivity may be done. Drink more water and take alcasol syrup. Consult a urologist for examination and advise on treatment. Exclude php of prostate and you can take ultrasound prostate and other test to see urine excretion properly. Flowmetry PSA can be done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashok Kumar Dash
