What Causes Difficulty In Swallowing?

I have experienced some difficulty swallowing, but not in my throat, but more like a blockage a little lower that feels like an air bubble. I feel like I need to burp but burping doesn t really work and I can t swallow anything until it passes. It only happens when I eat or drink and not all the time. I almost feel like I can t move or breathe while it s happening. Sometimes it just take a couple of minutes for the feeling to pass but the other day it wouldn t pass and I threw up foamy, frothy bubbles.
