What Causes Difficulty In Swallowing While On Lisinopril?

My mother is in the hospital with cellulitis in her leg. She has had afib for about 20 years. Her dose of Lisinopril is being doubled and she is feeling worse. Complains of not being able to swallow and is refusing food. Her face is rushed. Yesterday she was eating well and the cellulitis is improving, she was getting up and moving on her own. Is this a severe side effect? What do you recommend?

Unfortunately yes...its because of lisinopril...you may give her an alternative as atacand 160 which does not have the same side effect
