What Causes Difficulty In Swallowing Solid Foods And Headache?

A friend of mine has headache for one and a half month now. This is combined with toothache, eyepains and blocked throat. Solid foods cannot pass through his throat for the last three weeks. He can only take liquid. He is growing weaker and weaker, day by day. What could he be suffering from? What kind of doctor should he go to?

hi
difficulty in swallowing for more than a week and weight loss , need urgent examination by an ENT surgeon.
there may be some obstruction caused by mass ( could be a growth ) or inflammatory edema .
Endoscopy clearly shows the pathology that leads to difficulties in swallowing.
