What Causes Difficulty In Swallowing And Fainting?

if I saw my consultant today who had my result for mri scan which I thought wauld be ok as I just have a swallowing problem. but she showed me a small white shadow and has now said I need to have another mri I do suffer with fainting episodes and can only swallow soups is there something I should be worring about please help me with answer leslie

Its likely that an MRI with contrast is advised to determine the nature of the lesion. Both the areas are located in the brain stem and a space occupying lesion there can be the cause of such symptoms. There is a big differential for such lesions. Possible causes could be metastases, abscess, tuberculoma or due to Multiple sclerosis. Further workup should be done.
