Hi,

First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, you need to check for any variation between standing or sitting blood pressures and any postural drop should be ruled out.

Also monitoring for serum electrolytes and thyroid levels may be done. sugar levels should also be done.

Neurological examination especially cerebellar signs need to be ruled out. Meanwhile, B12 and folic acid may be continued as well as D3 replacement may be done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
