I can understand from your description that you cannot EJACULATE SEMEN during sexual intercourse with your partner. You do have night emission of semen during sleep. Night emissions are normal events. It is not disease and does not have any health hazards. When you will engage in regular sex, night emission will decreased or disappear. Inability to ejaculate may be a part of DRY orgasm, in which one experiences the Ecstasy (climax) but without ejaculation. Let me know whether you can experience orgasm or not.
