Hello,

Since when you're suffering from this problem? Any blood or mucus in stool? Are you diabetic?

You may be suffering from constipation secondary to low fiber diet or IBS-c type.

Take high fibre diet and do regular exercise. Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Take Benefiber or Metamucil fiber.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
