What Causes Difficulty In Breathing?

hi im 15 years old and i would want to know why I ve been having a hard time breathing sometimes, my lower stomach has been feeling bloated, I ve gained some weight i feel, i once had some head aches and felt like throwing up, someone told me i might be pregnant because i did have sex but I m not sure. I just need some help figuring out what is wrong with me

If in doubt get a UPT done. Otherwise it may be due to gastritis.
Avoid junk food, tea ,coffee, alcohol, smoking and spicy food. Can start a ppi empty stomach. Also start with an exercise program.
