What Causes Difficult Bowel Movements Accompanied By Pain?
I am 22 years old, 5'9", and weigh about 230. The problem I am having is I keep trying to make a bowel movement but can't. I only push a little because i don't want to push too hard or too much but once it feels like its about to come out it starts to hurt really really bad.

dear you may be suffering from Constipation with hard stool with fissure in ano. constipation cause hardening of stools lead to develop ment of hemorrhoids or fissures.use syrp lactulose at night time.eat high fiber diet, avoid fatty food and alcohol.if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
