What Causes Diarrhoea And Low Grade Fever After Head Injury In Child?

My son fell and bumped his head on the same spot where he bumped his head yesterday. He now has diarrhea and a low grade fever. Should I be worried? Everywhere I have read says that those are not concussion symptoms, but they started right after he bumped his head again.
