What Causes Diarrhea With Stomach Cramps?

I am 32 years old and last night i had stomach cramps and had dirreaha. I have felt bloated and gassy all day but this afternoon when I went to the bathroom I had gas and when i looked in the toilet it was just mucus and bloody with no stool. What do I do? Is this something to be concerned about?

I really appreciate your concern, the condition could be due to protozoa infection and it could be giardiasis, amoebiasis, if I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this case with Tab Sacnidazole 1 g it is the single dose, although it may be nonspecific and may not be the infection and for that you can wait for some time hope this information helps.
