Stone does not cause diarrhoea and after gall bladder removal there is no stone formation

Diarrhoea, vomiting and stomach upset may be due to Acute Gastroentritis

He need treatment by antibiotics along with other supportive treatment after complete evaluation

I am giving you general tips for Diarrhoea/Loose motion

1. Avoid food from outside

2. Lot of fluid to be taken

3. Start ORS ( dissolve one packet in one liter of clean drinking water and to be consumed in whole day)

4. take freshly prepared home made light food like moong dal, chapati, Dalia, Khichdi
