What Causes Diarrhea In An Infant?

Hi doc! My baby is 26 days old.. She is continuously having motion. My doctor said to have stool examination.. In that report reducing substance examination got positive.. Fat globules n starch granules got positive result.. And in culture and sensitivity (VITEK) culture negative.. What u prefer me and is it any serious problem??? Is der any treatment? N what treatment? Pls do reply

Breast fed babies pass motions after every feed. If its watery or has pain abdomen, fever, or other symptoms, then its probably viral gastroenteritis in babies.

Reducing substances, fat and starch may mean that the milk is not getting digested well during diarhea.
