Hi,

Yes, you are not well because your blood pressure is very low. Hypotension, this needs special attention. Diarrhea and vomiting are mostly caused by food poisoning. When too much can present as emergency and can lead to dehydration and renal failure.

Tests:

- Full haemogram check for WBC
- Stool ova and cyst check for bacteria of amoeba
- UECs
- Kidney function tests to confirm if kidneys ok

Depending on the outcome, you need to take lot of water juices, Iv fluids, and antibiotics.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mutuma Geoffrey Zambezi
