Well, with old age digestive and urinary systems in males start deteriorating a little. Please check if you have urgency and increased frequency of urination at night. If so, better to get a per rectal examination done after consulting a general surgeon. A gland called prostate which is placed around urethra could be enlarged (Benign Prostatic Enlargement) hampering with smooth urination. Also it's advisable to check your blood sugar, serum cholesterol, blood pressure to rule out other illnesses. And please reduce stress and eat healthy. Do some light physical activity like walking daily. Increase intake of light digestive food, like fruits. Thank you.
