What Causes Diarrhea And Bleeding Rectum?

I recently had a minor bout of diarrhoea, which was followed by some pain and bleeding in the rectum. Since then I have had griping pain in the lower abdomen - below the belly button, and lots of wind. My bowel movements are normal now, but I have rectal pain. And pain in my penis shaft with feeling of discomfort when my bladder is full. This is relieved by emptying the bladder. I also have some lower back pain. The pain is moderate, more like discomfort.

Hello
I appreciate your concern.

Bleeding in stool is a matter of concern it warrants detailed evaluation to find out underlying cause and accordingly it's treatment.

Bouts of diarrhea might be related to food poisoning, acute gastroenteritis or malabsorption or indigestion.

Diarrhea with gripping pain in lower abdomen is suggestive of gastroenteritis
In my opinion you should visit emergency room for stool test for ova, cyst or protozoa and occult blood.

You may require a course of antibiotics preferably ofloxacin and ornidazole group of drugs or its combination.

You should take plenty of fluids including ORS and fruit juices to counter dehydration and electrolyte imbalance caused by diarrhea.
I would advise you to take antiacidity medicines like pantoprazole or ranitidine group of drugs with antacids which is also available over the counter.

Pain in the penis might be related to kidney stone or inflammation/infection of the urogenital tract.
So you should go for an ultrasound and urine culture simultaneously to rule out both these conditions.

Hope this answers your question, please feel free to ask for follow up question, I will happily answer you.
Best wishes
