Diarrhea on eating and vomiting after eating anything, solids coming out after food in stool indicate one of the following: Hastening of food due to some cause and thus needs a proper clinical evaluation, examination and most important investigations to find out the cause hence I would advise you the following in such a situation: Get the stool tested for three consecutive days. Tests of blood for thyroid, pancreas and liver functions. CT scan of abdomen. Colonoscopy and an upper GI Endoscopy. Identify the foods and beverages that increase the transit, enhance the symptoms and stop these altogether. Avoid stress and anxiety at any cost. All these things may help to find the cause for making a specific treatment. If all the investigations are normal then the obvious cause may be IBS meaning irritable bowel syndrome and the cause may be related to the psychological factors as discussed which you have to take care of well to get effective management.
