What Causes Diaphoresis, Chest Congestion And Breathing Difficulty?

Today I have had four episodes of cold sweats, congestion breathing in my chest. (I do have asthma) and being weak. I am178 pounds, 5 5 . Have Asthma peridoically. Aware of pulse in my head; however, it is not super fast or slow. Any idea of what to look for? This happened three times today and two times yesterday. I am 67 years old.

Following work up needed in your case .....
-Detail history
-physical exination
-drug history
-blood pressure measurement
-Auscultation
-thyroid profile if needed ....

According to cause further treatment can be guided ...

If repeated asthma attacks comes than maintainance inhaler needed with combination of bronchodilator and steroid ...

If hypertension present than suitable antihypertensive needs to be started. ..
