What Causes Depletion In The Semen?
hello sir myself Anuj and i am from india.I am a 24 yr old boy and being a habitual of hand pumping from past 10 yrs.
I always in the way of finding any particular remedy or yoga or exercise to stop this bad habbit. when this bad habbit is on the peak i may chant my lord name to divert my mind but sometimes it was useful and some times not.
Due to had been in such a bad habbit i feel pain in my joins,back due to lack of semen and under mature body and bones.
kindly help me what to do since, i m a boy who is unemployed and i fullfly dependent to my family
