What Causes Delays In Menstruation?

Hi, am 23 years old girl, a virgin, I've almost 6 days late for my period. i never had real sex, but my boyfriend and I get intimate sometimes, he sometimes rub his thing on my vagina but we make sure nothing goes in. I;ve been having cramps all week and backaches just like the aches I used to get when am in my period. am really stressed, yesterday I tired the pregnancy test at home and it was negative. Im really confused, am I g oing to get my period, whats my chances for being pregnant?

Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Pregnancy is not possible if there is no entry of sperm in the vagina.
Moreover, if your urine pregnancy test is negative, then the pregnancy is ruled out.
Stress also delays the periods.
I suggest you not to worry, and get your hormonal profile done including thyroid hormone levels and prolactin levels, if the periods are delayed recurrently.
