I am 45 yrs old and I m a week late in having my period. I m not married or sexually active. I generally start a couple of days early, but never late. I feel like my hormones are all over the place. I exercise, but can seem to lose weight and I don t feel like I over eat. I have not experienced any hot flashes, but feel bloated like I could start my period, but I still haven t. Do you know what might be wrong?
