Hi there, i am 30 years old lady. i am facing delayed periods last two times. Last time it had been 45 days and this time still the same. I am feeling very unconfortable, headache, restlessness, muscular cramps on both legs, heavier of stomach, gaining of body weight and pimples on my face.i live in India. What would you suggest medicine and other remedies for this problem ???? What would i need in food or my lifestyle ???? Please help me to find appropriate treatment for my condition. Many thanks
