Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You have to do few tests in the nearest medical center including pregnancy blood test which is more accurate as compared to urine tests.

There are many possibilities for the delayed period that can be excluded by performing complete clinical assessment and laboratory work.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Abed Tahrawi
