What Causes Delayed Periods?

Hello doc . My friend suffering from late mensuration problem since 4 month. Last time it was happend on 1st march. But at that time when menses problem started she sitted on the cold floor for long time and then she faced very less bleeding problem and after that menses not faced yet. Would you please tell me .

Hi I think she should go for evaluation first. Get a thyroid profile and prolactin level and a ultrasound done to see uterus and ovaries to find out the cause of irregular periods. She may need hormonal treatment. Hope it helps.
