What Causes Delayed Periods?

Hi u had unprotected sex around about 4-5 weeks ago. I got my period the very next day after sexual intercourse but now I m 1 week late for my period this month. I haven t got any pregnancy symptoms at all but I know that that guy I did have sexual intercourse with didn t ejaculate inside. Can you please help me because I m starting to freak out

Hi,

1. First of all, you said you got your periods the day after you had sexual intercourse and that your bf didn't ejaculate inside you.
Then you shouldn't be worried about being pregnant which I suppose you are not.
2. Secondly, delay in one or two days in periods can be due to stress, hormonal imbalance, increase or decrease in weight also.
3. Needless to worry, you will get your periods soon and if not
You can take norethisterone tablet. You will get your periods in 5-7 days.
