What Causes Delayed Periods With Pre Menstrual Symptoms?

hi..I m not having my periods as I m feeling the symptoms of it bUT its not started yet...my periods were attended every month regularly..and no physical activity has been done from last 5 or 6 months,as my husband is out of country..I m newly married.can u plz suggest me something

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Delay in periods with absence of sexual activity could be mainly due to stress or hormonal imbalance.
Kindly get your blood tested for hormones FSH, LH and Prolactin levels. If the report says normal, then you need to get periods.
So relax and wait it to happen as you are indicating that you have premenstrual symptoms.
In case it is delayed beyond a week, you need to consult Gynecologist for evaluation and management.
