What Causes Delayed Periods With Dripping Of Milk From Nipples?

Hello, I m 34 female, have a baby 15 months, àfter birth I didn t have much breast milk, it stopped after 1.5 month. But last month I had tenderness in breast, drops of milk when squeezed, very light spotting after 4 or 5 days of my period I.e. 13 the Feb, got checked, have 30.1 ng/ml prolactin doc gave blong for 7 days, a iron and calcium supplement and said to have prolactin test again after 4 week. Now I didn t have my period for this month, still have drops of milk, could it b pregnancy. Tensed

I really appreciate your concern, it is not the symptoms of pregnancy chances of pregnancy is very less likely, hormone changes may be the cause of low or no lactation and not the pregnancy, if want to clear the doubt then better to get done the ultrasonography test hope this information helps.
