What Causes Delayed Periods With Cramps And Sore Breasts?

Hi My Last Period Was December 21 Its been a month since I havent had it I took two pregnancy test and both of them were negative my breast started growing I have been cramping but its not as strong as my period cramps and when I pee clear stuff comes out can anybody please tell me whats wrong? Does that mean I might be pregnant?

Pregnancy should always be ruled out in all cases of delayed periods, but the other cause could be a hormonal.imbalance resulting from various medical conditions, stress, medications, etc.
