Hello,

The most common cause is stress for delayed periods. Other possible causes are like infection or hormonal imbalance or thyroid problems or anemia etc. Get it done urine pregnancy test and thyroid profile. Please review with reports and consult with your gynecologist she will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
