What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Vomiting And Back Pain?

I am 2 weeks late for my period. I have taken a blood and urine test and they both say not pregnant. But my body feels like I am. I have so many symptoms from vomiting to my nipples changing to back pains. I m so confused and the hospital just made me feel stupid

I am sorry that you were mistreated.

Pregnancy is the main cause of delayed period but there are other causes as well such as : (1) emotional stress or illness
(2)abnormal levels of the thyroid hormone
(3)physical illness
(4)high levels of the prolactin hormone
(5)excess physical activity
(6) a condition called polycystic ovarian syndrome
(7)inadequate diet

Pregnancy tests detect the HCG hormone which is released 11 to 14 days after conception. If the test was done around this time , then it is likely accurate.
