General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear welcome to HealthcareMagic
Regarding your experience of symptoms of Pregnancy after negative pregnancy test yes this will not show until at least two months reason due to the pregnancy hormone called human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG) will have to appear in the blood and urine within such period
However if you want to detect early pregnancy go and do an obstetric scan
I hope this helps
