What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Nausea And Fatigue?

hello doctor, i have stopped taking birth pills in the month of december.from january onward my periods are irregular with variable cycle day of 38 days,34 days,29 days respectively. in the month of march my period came on 16th.i and my husband did unprotected sex in between 26th march - 1st april. till now i haven t got my periods but cramps come.nausea,fatigue and vomiting has occurred.few days back i also had sore nipples. can i be pregnant.plz help

From the information you have wrote here, i am left to suspect that you may be pregnant indeed.

Would this be a problem? You are married. If you want to be sure, buy a pregnancy test and make sure. Or go to your doctor and ask for the hCG testing.

Nause and vomiting may be due to morning sickness experience in early pregnancy that some women may experience.
The fatigue may be from the changes taking place in your body, and the increasing blood.
Sore nipples are also indicative of early pregnancy, that some women may experience.
