lately I have been eating way more than my calorie needs. I haven't had a period in over 3 months. I used to exercise way too much and probably eat too less so that is why. But lately I haven't been exercising as much at all and eating more because of my job. But my job consist of walking all day long..i'm always on my feet. I do weight training 3 times a week because i've been trying to gain weight. I don't think i'm too skinny at all or exercise to much at all. I've tried a couple online body fat percentage tests and they are around 15%. I really don't think i'm too skinny at all though. It may look like it but its my mid section that I have a problem with and it sucks that I get to this percentage and can't lose that stubborn belly flab without having to miss a few periods. I've read up on amenorrhea and I know its dangerous and that I should see my doctor but I don't exactly see what i've been doing wrong as far as nutrition goes. I thought I ate all the right foods. I want my period back so I won't be at risk for bone loss or anything. But I really want to be able to lose this last piece of flab! I really need to know EXACTLY how many calories I need to eat because that is what confuses me the most. every single test says something different. Should I go to my doctor and get my exact body fat percentage, calorie requirements and maybe a reason why my periods stopped? Its frustrating me
