What Causes Delayed Period Inspite Of Having Clamped Fallopian Tubes?

My tubes were clamped 3 1/2 years ago.....I had my last period around December other...I was suppose to start again around the 23rd of December...hear it is the 28th....should I be worried if I am pregnant or not??? I haven't took a home test yet....but I'm scared.... I'm 25 years old with 3 daughters...

I really appreciate your concern, actually no method of contraception is hundred per cent promising and in case of any doubt ultrasonography and this is the only best option you have, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care.
