Hello and welcome to HCM,
A negative pregnancy test rules out possibility of pregnancy.
Polycystic ovary is a disease state of ovaries and not uterus.
The ovaries are unable to ovulate and this is due to hormonal imbalance.
The treatment of polycystic ovaries is aimed at inducing ovulation and thus pregnancy.
You need to consult your gynecologist for prescription of appropriate drugs.
A follicular scan also needs to be performed during treatment to assess the maturation and release of report.

Thanks and take care
