What Causes Delayed Menstruation Despite Taking Progesterone?

Hello I have had progesterone tablet (5 days 3 doses a day) for irregular periods. I have still not got my periods as it is more than 3 days. The medicine was taken under doctor supervision. By when should I expect my periods else go back for another cobsultation ?

Hi I think it may take 10 to 14 days for periods to come after stopping the tablet. So, wait till that time. If periods don't come after that, you may need a combination of oestrogen and progesterone for inducing periods. Hope it helps.
