What Causes Delayed Menstruation And Negative Pregnancy Test?

hi so i missed my period for a month now i took three pregnancy tests all negative i took a blood test also negative. i just went for an ultrasound the dr said that i am not pregnant but the mucous membrane is thick and it would be hard for me to conceive like this. i feel so bloated and sometimes nausea. i read about this online is this something to be concerned about? I m 21 years old and married please tell me its not cancerous or dangerous . the dr i went to told me to come back and get medication for it what do u think? please answer I m crying myself to sleep about this situation. also i want to conceive asap

Hi I think you should take some medicines like meprate or deviry for inducing periods. It can be due to some stress factor also. If it happens frequently, get a thyroid profile and prolactin level and a ultrasound done to see uterus and ovaries to find out the cause of You may need some medicines for ovulation if there is any problem. Talk to your doctor regarding this. Hope it helps.
