Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
When I masturbate, it takes me less than 10 seconds to ejaculate (usually when I m doing it to porn. But if I m not masturbating to anything then it would take around 30 seconds for me to ejaculate ( still under a minute). I have tried the stop and go method but I have to stop after like 2-5 strokes because I feel like I m about to ejaculate. I don t know if it s cause I m doing it wrong? I have tried to do PC muscle (Kegel) exercises. I can hold my pee easily for quite a while. I tried to hold the ejaculation when I was masturbaring but i still ejaculate. Help?
Difficulty performing sexually is becoming a common problem among younger men who watch pornography. A large part of it has to do with conditioning the mind-body which then only responds to porn. Try to go without that for a while and see if the problem resolves.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
