Hello,

The loss of sensitivity during intercourse is subjective issue and most likely anxiety part, new partner, place or technique of intercourse rather than pathology. Till there is normal amount of ejaculate, it does not concern. However, co-relation with details of masturbation ejaculation would help much better way to understand the issue in better sense.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
