What Causes Delay In Periods,stomach Cramps After An Unprotected Sex?

Hi I had protected sex with my gal friend 12 days after her last period Her periods this months got delayed by a week or so..& she got it now..dunno if they are periods.. she has tummy cramps & she says she does experience blood stains.. But are those her periods?? I am really worried ..pls help Also..few days After having sex she had a hectic schedule.. N also started physical exercises which continued for 2 weeks or so...can the delay be coz of stress ..and y the stains.. Pls reply

Sometimes periods gets delayed due to hormonal changes in the body after sexual intercourse, it can also be caused by weakness, stress, anxiety and heavy workload. So there is nothing to be worried about.
