What Causes Delay In Periods?

Hi, As of today I am 29 days late and have taken multiple urine test and two bhcg test, which all have come out negative. Last month around the days I was suppose to get my period I had brownish discharge but never go my period. I don t know if I m loosing my mind and or its playing games with me because at times I feel I have symptoms of pregnancy and at times I feel perfectly fine. What could be other reasons as to why I have not yet started my cycle?

Slight menstrual irregularities are quite common and generally will settle on its own.

If symptoms persist, you can consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
