What Causes Delay In Periods?

Hello... I m 23 years old, and really scared... I hope u will help me... my period was late seven days, and it s starts today usually I have on morning but now it was jus at night time, and all day today had pain but normal pain... when I went to toilet befor bed time I wanted to change tampon and from vagina went like lot of light bud... and my brests are bigger by size and hurts a lot and nipples are really sensitive.. tryed pregnancy test negative... so should be something else... coz always my period was with dark brow bludgeoned... what u recommend?

Hi,

Go for a betaHCG test to confirm whether you are pregnant or not. Once the pregnancy has been ruled out, you can wait for couple of weeks more to get the periods reapply spontaneously.

If still delayed, you can consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated.
