What Causes Delay In Periods, Nausea And Right Side Groin Pain?

I haven t had a period in three months. I ve taken at least 15 at home tests and one at a doctor today all negative for pregnancy. I m nauseous every morning but never throw up. I only stop feeling nauseous after a bowel movement. I have right side stomach/groin pain. For the past 4 days I ve had flu like syptoms aches, fever,chills..the doctor wants me to fast tomorrow morning and have blood work done and wait two weeks for results. Should I wait that long? Any ideas on what is wrong with me?

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it could be two things might have came together one is menses and second would be some viral infection you can have some medicine for get some relief from pain and fever and other symptoms and best medicines would be "Tab Acetaminophen with Domperidone" three times in day, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps.
