What Causes Delay In Periods Despite Having Negative UPT?

Hi i have a question regarding my menstrual cycle. its already 55 days and i haven t had my period yet this month. i have irregular periods and it occurs in like 37-42 days usually. the longest cycle way 47 days. do you think there is anything to worry about? i already did home pregnancy test twice which came out negative both times. i am 23 years old.

Hi,

You need further evaluation by a gynaecologist. Cycles more than 35days are not normal. Maybe you have a hormonal insufficiency.
