General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

No any contraceptive gives 100 percent protection.

So I would suggest you to do urine pregnancy test.

You may require hcg level and obstetrics ultrasound SOS after gynecologist consultation.

Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition.

Keep your self hydrated.

Hope I have answered your query..
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale
