Hallow Dear,

Idoz-72 is an emergency post coital contraceptive pill. It effectively prevents the pregnancy if taken within 72 hours after unprotected pill. She has taken the pill within 72 hours of the intercourse; so she carries practically very little risk of pregnancy.

These pills have two side effects:

1. Few days after taking the pills there may be some amount of withdrawal bleeding which lasts just for a couple of days.

2. The period following these pills is delayed by few days to a week.

Wait for few days and she will get menses. If she does not get her menses even after a week's period, you may think of performing pregnancy test on overnight morning first urine sample.
