What Causes Delay In Menstrual Bleeding After A Nexplanon Implant?
Hello, I had the Nexplanon implant put in on December 17th, and I was due to start my period sometime within the past couple of days, and for about a week I have felt like I have my period- cramps, backaches, etc.. but no bleeding. Is it possible that the implant has stopped my period already? Or is it more likely that the implant simply pushed back the start date of my period ?

The delayed period is from using Nexplanon. You may experience shorter period, spotting or no period at all while on Nexplanon.
