What Causes Delay In Conception While Suffering From PCOS And Mild Obesity?

Hi I have been TTC since a year. I have pcos being diagnosed a year back.I ovulate but no conception results.I m 5.8 and 85 KGS weight.slightly obese.m on diet and exercise schedule.I had follicular studies done during last 4 menstrual cycles.I have had multiple follicles and they rupture but no pregnancy results. My husbands sperm count is normal.what can be the cause in my case.

The conditipn of pcos usually makes your cycles anovulatory i.e. no ovum is being released. Your periods occur as a result of change in your hormones and not due to regular ovulation. So you should continue your medicines and have patience... also get a fasting blood sugar level test done because of chances of diabetes in pcos and also your overweight. Regarding your conception problem you have to have patience because your cycles would take some time to get regularly ovulating
